Discrepency in display

Postby Falcon » Sat Feb 02, 2008 8:33 am

Hi Stan,

I have a problem I can't overcome. The two pics I have show a discrepancy in displayed column numbers according to the number of draws I select. This pic shows for all draws and the column numbers displayed are what I expect to get. However if I use the draw filter to only allow the last eight draws the column numbers are quite different. This condition is shown in the next post.

And this is what I get for column numbers when I use the draw filter to only allow last eight draws through.

thanks

yes, i'm aware of this one. expert lotto tries to lookup previous draws if you select say only the latest 10 draws to ensure that wnh sums are not skewed (10 draws is too few to get correct sums). however it doesn't work well if there are multiple draws per day/per week.
i'll have a look at this to see if it can be done better...

Hi Stan,

Apologies for dragging this out of the past but just noticed it again tonight.

As you say it is fine for when there is just a single draw per week where you can get coincidence down to about 10 draws or so, but when there are multiple draws the values start to differ. I note for one extra draw per week you need about 40 draws before you get coincidence again and for three draws per week you need about 80 draws to get coincidence. Is this how it is now or have you not yet been able to have a look at this?
