Which PC is the best for runing of EL Program?

get the pc with 4 or more cores and with highest frequency clock possible (if you don't mind having a vacuum cleaner under your desk:)
i recommend asking in a local pc shop for advice - tell them you need fast pc for cpu-intensive applications and that you don't want to play 3d games
