Adjacent Numbers

Adjacent Numbers

Postby Falcon » Sat May 23, 2009 2:45 pm

Advice appreciated please.

In the winning numbers statistics panel under adjacent numbers a table is displayed as per attachment where count 0 to 7 (seven ball lottery) is displayed with the respective occurrences. My question is What are these count values/parameters?

Is 0 the same number as last weeks draw?
Is 1 one number removed? ie if #10 was in last weeks draw then adjacent numbers are 9 and 11
Is 2 two numbers removed ie for #10 then this count value refers to 8 and 12

etc.

The help file only refers to the condition for 1 as in above.

Many thanks

Padawan,

Thanks - ahh so simple - couldn't see it for the life of me. I even had it in my thinking that the 2 was from two draws back and the three for three draws back etc. How to make life complicated. :anx:

But what a hell of a statistic. In the example I gave effectively 92% of draws have an adjacent number with the previous draw. I can use this information.

thanks again
