EL Installed Lotteries

The following 2 lotteries appear in the list of installed lotteries;
Lotto 649 Canada (BC Slip)
Lotto 649 Canada (Western Slip)
Both seem to have the same draw history ... is that by design...?
Which one is for the "real" Canada 649 ..?
