EL DownLoad & Setup Help ???

Have newer computer setup now. Was using XP with EL 4.x.x on another hardrive. Now using Win7, different hardrive and motherboard. Old hardrive is also in new setup with all old programs and data.
I'm not clear on how best to get my EL Pro back up. Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated.

make a clean install into your new win7 harddrive and then copy the whole 'expertlotto' folder from the old drive

Thanx for the reply Stan.
Does it matter that the new install will be a Vista build and the "old" was an XP build? I have successfully DL'd the Vista build, (Universal 7MB DL would not install), installed and applied my original license. So all I need now is my data and lottery file tweaks. I will wait until I hear back your advice.

the binary bits are the same in all versions, the vista installer has just a different default install location. you can copy those file into your new installation
