This is another catastrophy that could have been avoided or minimized in the US. What the government here is doing now should have been done before the hurricane hit. I thought we had a wakeup call once on 9/11/01. The local government of that state should hang their head and put their tails between their legs, not point fingers. The looting, raping and whatever else is happening there, is totally disgusting. God Bless the law abiding citizens or whatever God they believe in.

there were severe floods in czech republic couple of years ago. there were also some cases of looting but maybe not so bad as in usa because it's not so easy to get hold of a gun over here...
