Combined statistics

Hello, every time I run combined statistics I get the message "There is not enough free memory to complete the operation" also "Error while executing task:statistical analisys". The combined statistics I am using is pair sums 1+2, 1+3, 1+4 all draws. Please advice! Thank you.
