What I would like to know is; has anyone or, any syndicate, won the JP more than once (anywhere)?

I recall being at a game of Tombola (many years ago) where there were 8 games played. On this occasion one person won the first prize on 7 of the games and came second on the 8th! It was not possible for this game to be rigged nor could statistic analyses be applied so one is left wondering. The other players became irate with this person's continual luck and were beginning to seek his explusion and would have done had the game continued.
