I am back now and I am ready to support Stan in his effort. I felt somewhat overtrained two months ago. This is why I decided to be quiet for a couple of weeks.

However , my first trial came out as follows (in attachment)
It seems that the silence period should be one week longer :-)

If it had been my tickets, I would of had a good laugh. Looks as though you should have taken Stan's way and married them up.

Method of Neighboring Numbers (MNN)

Postby Midas » Wed Nov 07, 2007 12:59 pm

Indeed the robust strategy of neighboring numbers is a useful and cost effective method of jackpot play!

The MNN is basically the selection of numbers in neighboring groups around a pivot, either in long or short chains. In fact knowing or playing some of the more favorable numbers, these groups can be subdivided into smaller subdivisions. The prerequisite for winning a guaranteed prize is correctly guessing the winning number from each subgroup.

Using MNN we obtain the required subgroup of numbers without becoming excessively occupied with the complicated selection and subdivision of numbers. Therefore, this method is excellent for players who base their choice on favorite numbers plus adjoints and do not want to study the statistical outcomes or probabilities. If you are not an experienced player, this is an excellent wheeling strategy with realistic chances of winning all kinds of prizes!

My present to you gentlemen for the next win, is this illustrative 15 Number MNN Wheel guaranteed to win third prize (5if6), if one winning number is guessed correctly from each subgroup. Total cost = 24 Units.

(1) Select your 6 Favorite Pivot Numbers say: (9-18-31-38-39-48).
(2) Select the adjoint or neighboring numbers around the pivot and subdivide into 6 groups. Try to balance with even distribution numbers of overall H/L and O/E numbers to capitalize on other prizes. Balance wins.

Group 1 = 8-9-10 Wheel Nos (1-2-3)
Group 2 = 17-18-19 Wheel Nos (4-5-6)
Group 3 = 30-31-32 Wheel Nos (7-8-9)
Group 4 = 37-38 (Note successive group overlap with Grp 5) Wheel Nos (10-11)
Group 5 = 39-40 (Note successive group overlap with Grp 4) Wheel Nos (12-13)
Group 6 = 48-49 Wheel Nos (14-15)

MNN Wheel (Substitute the Group No's into the wheel)

1. 1-4-7-10-12-14 2. 1-4-7-11-13-15 3. 1-5-9-10-13-14
4. 1-5-9-10-13-15 5. 1-5-9-11-12-14 6. 1-5-9-11-12-15
7. 1-6-8-10-12-15 8. 1-6-8-11-13-14 9. 2-4-9-10-12-14
10. 2-4-9-11-13-14 11. 2-5-8-10-12-14 12. 2-5-8-11-13-15
13. 2-6-7-10-13-14 14. 2-6-7-10-13-15 15. 2-6-7-11-12-14
16. 2-6-7-11-12-15 17. 3-4-8-11-13-14 18. 3-4-8-10-13-14
19. 3-4-8-11-12-14 20. 3-4-8-11-12-15 21. 3-5-7-11-12-15
22. 3-5-7-11-13-14 23. 3-6-9-10-12-14 24. 3-6-9-11-13-15

Good Luck

Hi Midas,

Are you sure that a lottery system for 15 numbers which has only 24 combinations can give you 5 if 6 guarantee?

I think more likely guarantee for this system would be 4 if 6.

To have 5 if 6 guarantee for 15 numbers you need a wheel with at least 142 combinations. See the book: Ilyia Bluskov, Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins or another relevant publication.

Best Regards

Hi Jerzy,

Absolutely, this is an example of the classic Serotic Group MNN Wheel for a guarantee of (5if6) costing only 24 combinations. The wheel is slightly concatenated at groups 4,5, and 6, to demonstrate the effect of a mix of smaller chains as in Bobes betting scheme. You can only imagine what one can do with larger group wheels!.

The pre-requisite for this MNN guarantee is that each number must fall within the neighboring number groups, otherwise the scheme starts to fall apart. Herein is the difference between the Bluskov wheel, where order is not necessary nor any groupings whatsoever, hence not surprising it needs 142 combinations.

This MNN strategy is perfect for players who want to win with selective hits within groups. Bobes has regularly been close in this respect, all he needs is this type of cost effective wheel.

Just backtest to your hearts content, you'll be most surprised!.

Best Regards
