Vista Tranformation on XP.SP2

does anyone have XP.SP2 and already tranforming Vista on XP?

the main reason is we can use lotterypostGadget so we can have an update result from selected pick 3/4/5/6 lotteries
i like to implement the tranformation unfortunately i don't have XP.SP2 i must use my friend OS but he doesn't like to change anything
edited some picture lotterypost gadget from a friend computer that have XP
well is there any EL user like to tranforming Vista on XP and please let me know if it increasing the performance except absolutely nice graphically
