Winning Numbers History - Odd/Even

Is there a way to set a filter to allow the following:
Odd in all 11 colums - 2 - 9
Even in all 11 colums - 2 - 8

as well as with winning numbers:
odd = 2 - 5 of the 6 winning numbers
even = 1 - 4 of the winning numbers

"2 - 9" means that two to nine columns must pass?
you can use very wide ranges (use lookup min/max) and choose odd or even only together with the at least x to y must pass option

as well as with winning numbers:
odd = 2 - 5 of the 6 winning numbers
even = 1 - 4 of the winning numbers
