How to do this with differences tables, expert excel needed

i am not an expert of excel, is there one?
What i want!

when i am in the WH history, i import in a excel file the sheet sumary table, differences only.

So after i have on excel a sheet with 200 last draws with coluns 0 to -10 and theirs values of differences.
ex: for colun 0 values goes from -57 to 34, colun-1 -94 to 36,...
After i want to fix a first parameter (in a macro) , it's will be the value of % of good results for all the colun from 0 to -10.
ex if this parameter is 10%, the condition will be pass for 20 draws (200/10)
the macro have after to find the best minimun range for all coluns to have 20 draws past.
for to understood (an exemple) the macro found, that the value of colun 0 must be from -12 to 16, colun -1 from -25 to -1, colun -2 from +5 to +30,.....
with these values, all the differences conditions will be good from 0 to -10 coluns for 20 draws...

After, i want to use them in wh sum filter.
if values where good 20 times, they will be good at a moment a 21 time.
Is it clear?? Sorry for my English

don't know how to do that in excel but what do you intend to do with such results? i can't think of any reasonable usage...

I make it manually

I have decided to have a maximun of 20 on the differences sum in Wh filter to have less combinaisons
so i look manually for each difference values to have the most good results in the wh filters
so for exemple on difference 0 i can have: -5 + 15, on difference 1 -8 + 12, and so...

i don't use +/-20

After, i use regular filters (Sum, odd/even, match winning numers...) to have a less of combinaisons to play

results will be better from 2 weeks
