The Illusive Estimate

Finding the illusive estimate.

When dealing with lotto games with large pools of numbers you come across sum values that move +/- 30 or more, how do you deal with such massive movements?

I'm working with the West Virginia Cash 25 using the WN History filter in hopes of beating the odds and proving that the strategy will and can work as I believe it can. The Cash 25 is a pick 6 from a pool of only 25 numbers and I have found that it should be possible to hit all 6 numbers drawn using a +/- 8 sum difference, I will be posting the EL predictions on Lottery Posts Prediction board.

the upper range is more important than the lower one - a big upper range leads to many more tickets in the package after filtering. on the other hand increasing the lower range (e.g. -40 instead of -20) won't affect the final number of tickets that much.

we're developing a new strategy (see number history 2) and we'll post some more details soon.
