I subtracted 5 from the lowest max diff.
I changed the decrease columns from 0 to -1.
I also used the top 5 segments found in WNH Sements.
Column 0 was left as is except for decreasing the max diff to 28.
The combinations here are from the top 12 numbers in the occurrence list.
