Just to let everyone know it was mostly lucks. I used just the first seven columns (0 to -6) and only correctly got four columns right (0, -2, -4, and -6), column -1, -3, and -5 was off by few points:

Col = Predicted
0 = 279 to 315 (actual sum 299)
-1 = 638 to 658 (actual sum 632)
-2 = 928 to 948 (actual sum 939)
-3 = 1214 to 1225 (actual sum 1238)
-4 = 1517 to 1530 (actual sum 1527)
