Hi Red Devil,
"Is it possible to have a plug-in for the sum of the 1st digit of the segment, the sum of the 2nd digit of the segment and the sum of the 3rd digit of the segment
eg:
c0 - 312
c1 - 321
c2 - 411
c3 - 132
c4 - 501
c5 - 312
c6 - 402
c7 - 303
c8 - 330
c9 - 231
c10 - 222
respective sums for the above example would be
1st digit - 3+3+4+1+5+3+4+3+3+2+2 = 33
2nd digit - 1+2+1+3+0+1+0+0+3+3+2 = 16
3rd digit - 2+1+1+2+1+2+2+3+0+1+2 = 17"
The filtering function that you are looking for is already available within the History Differences filter.
Number count = the sum of digits in the approppriate segments in all columns. This parameter counts the occurrences of the winning numbers in the appropriate segments in all columns prior to the winning draw.
The filter does not recognise default segments. Instead, you have to enter appropriate rows of the segments you want to filter into the History differences text boxes.
For the 1st default segment: 1 to 6.
For the 2nd default segment: 7 to 12.
For the 3rd default segment: 13 to 100 or 13 to 1000.
And you have to disable filtering functionality of Numbers in a single column by entering 0 to 6 into the appropriate text boxes.
(There could be only 6 numbers in a column in any 6/xx lotto, but they could be distributed in the segments of this column according to 28 patterns).
And you have to disable Even numbers functionality by entering 0 to 66 into its text boxes.
(There could be from 0 to 66 even numbers in all segments of all columns in 6/xx lotto).
However, I do not mind if Joe builds a new version of History Differences filter, to filter the count of winning numbers in all columns for the selected segments specificly.

Jerzy

Joe/Jerzy,
The History Difference filter is similar but not the same as what I have asked for. The filter I have asked for would be easier to interpret and analyse using excel. Once analysis has been done you can use min/max values for a mixture of overdue and best performing values. I hope that Joe can do something with this.
I've attached part of a spreadsheet that I use for Segment performance analysis, you may find it useful in understanding what I am after.

Hi, Red Devil:
Could you give me a quick lesson about Joe’s Filter of Segments Sum?
What’s its use and how can we use it for Pick-5 or Pick-6?
Thanks.
Best,
