Hi all,

Here I fixed bugs for compound filter, Now you can use this plug-in in compound filter, thanks stan for finding where the bugs are.

(sorry for not being here for few days, i was sick, Hope I am ok now, jus now get re-started my works on filters)

Its working fine for me, Anyway I re-check this, Please use Java version 1.6.+, check again and let me know,

Please Remove old compound filters which is used "Ticket Index Digits" and create new compound filter, and try again, that'll be working fine.

Hi Joe,
Here are all the versions of Java which have been installed on my computer!

I uninstalled them all and and just installed 1.6.0.03. Will try saved compound filter again.

Daniel,

Only the latest version of Java should be installed. Old versions should be deleted. When you go to EL --> Help --> About, you should see Java version: 1.6.0_03

Its working fine for me, I tested many times and re-checked my codings too, I didn't find any bugs there.

can you pls email me your filters.xml file? i'll try to check what's going on

i've found that the plugin works fine when i run expert lotto in my development environment. however when i start expert lotto as a regular application it doesn't work. i guess that's why joe couldn't find out what's wrong with his plugin either:)
i'll investigate what needs to be fixed. a short term workaround is modifying the startup script and add the plugin jar to class path, e.g.:

cd ..
start javaw -cp .;lib/jh.jar;lib/expertlotto.jar;lib;plugins/ticketindexdigits.jar com.expertlotto.Lotto[/m]

the same applies to all other filter plugins if you want to use them in compound filters

Hi Joe,

Please correct me if my understanding of Ticket Index Filter is correct. I check number 7,8 & 9 and set Min 1 , Max 3 & Matching Tickets to Leave in the Filter.

Tickets that should be retain contains one 7 or one 8 or one 9 or one7,
one8 or one7,one9 or one8,one9 or two7 or two8 or two9 or one7,two8 or one7,two9 or one8,two7 or one8,two9 or one9,two7 or one9,two8 or three7 or three8 or three9.

If my understanding is correct please recheck the code of this filter, cause when I filter the full combo of my 6/42 lotto the numbers on the LEFT were not retain which should have been.
And the numbers at the RIGHT were retain which should have been remove. These seven numbers were the only ones I notice when I Win Test my package with the latest 100 draws.
