Postby Joe » Fri Nov 23, 2007 6:50 pm

Hi

Here I tried to match the Segments separately (Seg1 Seg2 Seg3) with every previous one result. Please check and let me know if any modifications needed

Thanks

Hello Joe

i don't know if they are on the last version on my computer after download.

is it possible to have a zip file with all latest version?

a better solution is to have a link on expert lotto site to downlaod the latest file?

i've asked joe to aggregate all his extensions to a single plugin that would be published at our web site. but it takes some time to move that many source files:)

Joe,

This is a big improvement on the previous filter for all segments, it gives really good reduction.

You are doing an excellent job with your plug-ins, looking forward to the stats so we can invoke the filters from them particularly segment counts.

Keep up the good work

Hi BOB,

Its simple,

lets consider the segment of latest Winning Result in the database is
4-1-1, 2-2-2, 4-2-0, 3-2-1, 3-3-0, 3-1-2, 3-2-1, 3-1-2, 3-1-2, 3-3-0, 5-1-0

and the Segments of one combination in the Package is
2-1-3, 3-1-2, 2-4-0, 3-1-2, 5-1-0, 4-1-1, 4-2-0, 4-2-0, 4-2-0, 3-3-0, 4-1-1

Now if you set Seg1-> Min 1 to max 2. and leave Seg2 and Seg3 unchecked, and set count min 1 to 1, (means, you are filtering atleast min 1 to max 2 of seg1 must match with latest result's segments).

In the Example, see there are two positions (shown in Bold) matched in Seg1. So this combination will get pass according to this settings. Like wise you can able to set the min to max match for Seg2 and seg3,

Hope this is clear, if not, please let me know,

Thanks
Joe

Joe,

Your Match Single Segment Positions with Previous 1 filter is good.

I can only remark that "Repeats Min ... Max ... " parameter, which actually means Segments Filtered, can confuse and discourage inexperienced users. This parameter should be given a real and meaningful name.

And I believe the filter could be improved further by adding a possibility of filtering according to the third parameter: Total Repeated Segments (the sum of all segments repeated in all columns).

For example:

I want to filter the package according to the following settings:

Seg1 min 0 max 5
Seg2 min 0 max 6
Seg3 min 1 max 6
Repeats min 3 max 3

Such settings pass 90.33% of winning combinations in the history.

And I know that most commonly from 5 to 14 segments are repeated in all columns (segments 1 + 2 + 3), so I would like to filter: Leave Total Repeats of Segments from 5 to 14 .

Or maybe it would easier to build a separate Total Repeated Segments filter?

What do you think, Joe?

Best Regards

Jerzy

Yeah, I change that as "Count". Hope that's good.
