I have already tried some samples in this case which can be used for any games, but i got some technical problem which cause Run-Time error, I am still trying, If I am able to fix the bug, I will update all the plug-ins to this case,

According to the information on the EL Home Page -->Features, EL does not support pick-3 and pick-4 lotteries.

Jerzy, it will, you have to add 10 for position 1, 20 for position 2, 30 for postion 3. The range of numbers for Cash 3 10 to 39, for Play 4 10 to 49. Then after generating the combos, filter for first digit to leave 1,2,3. Then everything works.

I do not play any pick-3 or pick-4 lottery. I was just a bit surprised that some people use or want to use EL for this.

But it is possible if you use tricks or play tricks on EL.

Perhaps a little clarification. And yes, the home page is perhaps a little confusing.

The pick 4/35 + 1/35 Lottery to which I am referring is a regular Lottery in that it is played the same way you would play a 5/39 or 6/49 lottery with the exception that there is a Bonus Ball The Bonus Ball (powerball) is drawn from a separate bin. Expert Lotto handles this lottery just fine. It is called the Texas Two Step here. It is included in Stan's list of supported Lotteries on his Home Page. Click on it and you will see the details. I have not been using the segment approach for this lottery so can not comment to that. But, the graphs, filters, match numbers etc all work just fine.

We also have Pick 3 and Pick 4 games here. For these you pick either 3 or 4 single digit numbers. Multiple occurrences of the same number can occur on any single line of the betting slip. Obviously, these are quite different to a "regular" lottery. I believe it is this type of game that Stan is making reference to when he says "Pick3 and Pick4-type lotteries are not supported at the moment."

Hope this makes things a little clearer.

well, I think I have to change the selection modes on this filter, there are two options for selecting Columns, 1. we can select only one Column at a time or else we can select more columns for same position settings, I am little bit confused which will be nice to use, any idea?

Selecting only one column at a time makes sense. Each column has different characteristics and sometimes requires unique position settings. And position settings are not necessarily the same in all columns.

Selecting several columns and the same position setting for them would make the filter useless, I am afraid.
