I refer to the filter process available through the ‘funnel’ when you have run the Tickets Analyser function, and also filters with a Summary parameter.
Some filters with Levels eg 0 to 10 also have a Summary parameter available for selection. Some of these filters with Summary are - Segment Size, Negative Differences, Positive Differences etc and of course when the Summary parameter is selected one can make use of the “At least X to Y in each ticket” function at the filter process. This feature adds a lot of flexibility in my opinion in how you can make use of the filter.
My question – Is the Summary parameter only available at the various filters where it is now implemented? Or could it be included within other filters that also run with Levels?
If ‘Summary’ can be included in other filters I would like to make a request that it be done so please.
