To get some pre-built wheels you can go here http://hem.bredband.net/b599956/wheels/wmain.htm and at the top of the page you will see numbered balls. Choose your game click on the ball for pick 5 or pick 6, pick 5 will have all of the hit/match guarantees and amount of numbers used for the wheel. Click on the wheel that you want and copy and paste the combinations to note pad, then save to a wheel folder in the pick 5 game that you play in EL.

For pick 6 click on the ball 6 and then on the line below the balls click on the the match guarantee that you want to use. You get a list of all of the wheels with the number amount and the hit/match guarantee, click on the wheel you want to use and copy and paste the combinations to note pad, then save to a wheel folder in the pick 6 game that you play in EL.

Once you have your wheel saved choose the numbers that you want to wheel (the amount of number you choose must be the same as the amount of numbers the wheel uses). Insert the wheel into the package, open swap numbers and with your chosen numbers in view swap them with the wheel numbers, you now have wheeled your numbers.

Try this link. It has a good listing of both Full and Close covered wheels.

Swapping numbers. If you have chosen an "unbalanced wheel" (ie: there are more of some numbers than others in the wheel) and assuming you used EL to develop the numbers you are going to play then swap the numbers consistent with their occurrence in the "Occurrence Table". That is, the number that occurs most often in the occurrence table should be swapped with the number occurring most often in the wheel.
