Here in the near past, Stan did a favor for me. I want to thank you in public Stan, for you assistance. You helped me in tracking the past history in a much better way. I am tracking and playing the U.S., Multi-State Powerball Lottery.

Stan,

I set up a trial package a few weeks ago. I do not play the trial package, due to the fact that I am playing with a package that I will not change, until I know that I can move to the next step in your program. In the trial package that I set up, I had 6 tickets with 4 of the 5 numbers required. Below are the tickets!

The winning Powerball Numbers for December 03, 2011
Winning Numbers 05,18,33,43,45 Ticket Index number 1,739,872

05 18 33 38 43 Ticket index 1,739,780 This Ticket undershot the winning numbers by 92 Tickets
05 18 33 42 43 Ticket index 1,739,854 This Ticket undershot the winning numbers by 18 Tickets
05 18 33 45 58 Ticket index 1,739,914 This Ticket overshot the winning numbers by 42 Tickets
05 18 43 45 46 Ticket index 1,741,942 This Ticket overshot the winning numbers by 70 Tickets
05 18 43 45 48 Ticket index 1,741,944 This Ticket overshot the winning numbers by 72 Tickets
05 18 43 45 52 Ticket index 1,741,948 This Ticket overshot the winning numbers by 76 Tickets

The package that I am currently playing with, had the numbers 05 20 27 35 50 which overshot the winning numbers by 6139.
I left the Bonus Ball out of this, for it is a bonus ball. The odds of getting the Bonus Ball will change from 39 to 35 in January of 2012.

Stan, Thanks to you, I now know that it is possible to win the Powerball Lottery with your wonderful program.

Thank you kindly,

William

P.S.: When I win, you and your team will have you come and visit here in Iowa!

I'm curious about how you came up with those numbers. Can you please let me know the steps that you took to lead you to that winning Powerball draw information?

I'm having limited success with adding randomized numbers to the original Megamillions and Powerball data sets and I'd like to find out how to gain better prediction accuracy. Thanks very much in advance for your response.

Steven,
This is the first day that I have been in this post, since my last post. I will try to answer your question, in the best way possible. When I came up with the numbers for that game, I set up the entire wheel and then I started using filters. I do not remember exactly as to how I set that game up. I am always trying new ways. I may have looked back in history for the hottest hitting balls. I like to look at the stats and then make my decision. One thing that I am sure of, is that once I found the numbers that I thought were the best, I wheeled them. It would have been nice to use a 5 0f 5 wheel. I would have won. I do not know as to why I did not use a 5 of 5 wheel. Maybe it was the cost. It is just way to expensive to play every combination. I usually use wheels if I can. If I knew exactly as to how I set the game up, I would share the information with you. Steven, have you ever wondered as to why the ticket index for the Powerball varies so much? If you want the answer to this question, I will answer it. The closest that I have ever come to winning, is in the Mega Millions Game. I missed by 69 tickets. Not bad if you look at the odds.
