Thoughts on New Ticket Index Movement Filter

Hi Stan,

I don't know if you have time to add the Ticket Index Movement Filter to the pick 3 games yet but I think the calculation on the Ticket Index Movement Properties for the pick 3 is wrong. Let me give an example:

current draw: 984 ticket index movement is showing .706
Previous draw: 279

It should be .705 and I think I know why it's showing .706 because base on what I'm thinking is that you had the formula like this

984-279/999= .7057 and it rounded up to .706

I think the formula should be like this 984-279/1000= .705
because 000 to 999 is 1000 numbers.
