Regarding Dimitrov, he published a book of lottery wheels, apparently invented in Europe beforehand & then brought to America in the 1980’s where they became popular.

Quite a few of these wheels as of today have been improved upon over time, to achieve the same result in less tickets (eg wheels published by Iliya Bluskov)

The links page http://www.expertlotto.com/en/home/links.htm has some good wheeling websites to use, although a few of these pages now need to be viewed via http://www.archive.org, when the current page isn’t available anymore.

As it was written here a couple of times before - if you have a wheel file you can insert it into Expert Lotto easily. If you have a book with the wheels you can type them to Expert Lotto as well.
