ERROR LOADING COMPLEX FILTERS

After a computer failure to load Win 10 home, the only choice I had was to reinstall a fresh copy of the OS. I also had to reinstall all software again.
Running the fresh install of Expert Lotto, I tried various complex filters, and discovered some of them would not load. Please see attacment.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can correct it?
