Is there a problem with the "Mac Version of Expert Lotto", not being compatible with
Apple's new Yosemite operating system?

I'm not aware of any problems with Mac installer. You may need to adjust your security settings to allow apps downloaded from anywhere.
Or just right-click the installer and choose 'Open'
