Bonus Match 5 Form Printing

Has anyone mastered printing Bonus Match 5 Forms in Maryland?
It's a pain filling out forms all the time. Anyone have good settings
for printing BM5 forms?

You can post us a couple of paper playslips for your lottery and we'll do the setup for you...

We need actual paper playslips in regular mail. Printing out PDF scans doesn't guarantee the dimension will be correct...

Is there a way to adjust the individual columns and rows with the Print Playslip part of the program?

Yes, the playslips arrived and I'll upload a new app update with the new playslip layouts soon.
