Buy BETA 5 upgrade?

Am a licensed 4.xx. user. Download Beta 5 to eperiment with it and when I tried one of the statistical functions I received a message saying I needed to upgrade. No problem with that execept that I need to know that if I do purchase an upgrade I am not buying version 4.xx again cause it looks like that is the same area on the web page for version 4. Please advise, thanks.
