EL5 - MAX IN COLUMN

Not sure if the stats for MAX IN COLUMN are accurate here. If I understand this statistic correctly, it shows the count of numbers from a given draw that match the maximum numbers in the ticket panel columns.

For the Lotto 649 Canada (BC Slip) the maximum numbers in the ticket panel columns are 10, 20, 30, 40, 49.

The Feb 9, 2011 draw on the Lotto 649 Canada (BC Slip) displays the following;

Winning Numbers: 17 19 21 33 34 46 bonus: 47
Max In Column: 2

If the stats are displaying correctly then perhaps my understanding of this stat is inaccurate..?
