new app update is now available. besides some minor bug fixes there's also a new feature in chart windows - there's a new button to zoom out the value range.

Stan, I lost my H/C verticle and vertical segment in the analysing window for filtering, hope I explained it right when I updated. Any ideas?

if you click menu 'tools - plugins - settings', do you have 'experimental plugins udpates' ticked? if so, do you see 'segment extensions' and 'vertical segments' listed under 'installed' tab?

Yes to both questions Stan.

that's weird. you should see in analyzer settings under 'tin' category at the bottom of the list of available analyzers.
if they're not there then email me the application log after starting expert lotto (see here: http://www.expertlotto.com/en/support/h ... rt_bug.htm)

Stan, log was sent and was wondering if you saw anything not right or haven't had time to check yet.

thanks for the log but i didn't find anything suspicious in it.
but i've just uploaded new versions of those plugins. so please click menu 'help - check for updates', it'll force plugin reinstallation and they should start working again.

but the screen shot show the plugins are installed and working. when you click 'winnning numbers - analyze' then you need to select past draws, click 'next' button and the make sure the appropriate analyzer are ticked in the list of all available analyzers.

Analyzers were not ticked Stan and now it's all good. The update must have unticked them because I've been using them everyday since they came out.
Thanks for your time!
