there are no 'best' filters:)
it really depends on your lottery strategy...

hi fdcon,
I play CA Fantasy Five and still chasing after the Jackpot, the best I got so far was 4/5 using EL. However, many times I hit 5/5 but the package was so large (over 5,000 tickets) so I didn't play, so don't give up too soon.

there are built-in predictions in beta version of expert lotto (for stats values and the actual numbers as well)
