What is the latest build of EL 5.1.1 ?

When I open EL51.1 as the Administrator the build is 111211 (updated today). But when I open EL5.1.1 as a general user the build is 111113 and cannot be updated to 111211.
how is it possible and what is actually the latest available build of EL5.1.1? Actually I cannot see any obvious differences when I try to compare both builds.

The 5DEV build that I have is 111116.

The 5DEV build that I have is 111116.

maybe that you've originally installed expert lotto using admin privileges so now the updates does not have permissions to write updated modules when running under regular user account.
are you getting any error messages when trying to update?

btw, there are only minor changes in the new updates. just new lotteries being added/modified or minor bug fixes.
