Going to slave the old hard drive to newer computer so everything will be at my finger tips.
Any precautions i should do before i copy EL over? Do have my registration key saved.

Nothing special that I can think of. (sorry for responding so late)
Do let me know if you have any problems transferring to Windows Vista.

Stan
Will copying and pasteing expert lotto 5 from the old hard drive to the new one migrate all the files i will need?

Are there any files in documenst and settings that are needed?

Think i saw some files that looked like data files.

only moving a few programs over. not doing a complete. just looking at doing expert lotto and a couple others.

Other than expert lotto 5 main program,

do you know of any others that maybe needed?

thanks

All lottery-related data are stored in the lottery folder, so you can just copy it over.
Application-wide settings are stored in ".expertlotto" folder that you should find somewhere in c:\documents and setttings\<user name> - I'm not sure what the exact location is on Windows XP. On Windows Vista/7 it's in c:\users\<user name>\appdata\roaming\.expertlotto\50
