Please check your settings in Tools - Options - History - Estimates - Simulation. Try resetting to e.g. 5.5% in each field.

Yes, for both.
So the problem is probably elsewhere. Please click menu Help - About - Lottery and then click the ZIP button next to Lottery name field. It will create a ZIP archive of your lottery. Please email me that ZIP file and I'll check what's wrong, thanks.
