how to install renew key into newly install expertlotto

Recently, i have renew a new key, but i cannot put a renew key into a newly install expertlotto on my brand new laptop.it just says please register new registration, please let me know how to solve this problem.

You'll need to input and registered the original key first, then input the renew key second to get it registered correctly.

when you bought the original key, you get email confirmation with key, so search for that email in your inbox.

The title of email should be: License Key for "Expert Lotto 5" (share-it! order number: 36417xxxx).

because registration for expertlotto is not allow public email, like gmail or hotmail, last year I have switching from internet provider, before i was using shuelala@shaw.ca, but now I am using shuelala@telus.net, shaw and telus is two different internet provider, so original key is under shaw which is no longer exit, what can I do.

I'll resend your registration key.
Please note we have also an alternate reseller which does accept freemail addresses, the link is available at the bottom of the registration page.

The licence was valid until 2014.
what can I do?

You can't - at least I don't know anyone who would be selling filters for Expert Lotto:)
But you can try asking for help here in the forum, maybe somebody would help you out.
