Package and Ticket number Properties do not appear

I started Lotto 5 this morning and noticed when I selected a ticket the Ticket properties do no appear in the properties window. Does anyone have any idea what may cause this? This happens with Package and Winning Number Tickets --

Sorry to post this in pieces, however I am trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

(1) I cannot use the program to do predictions because it appears the program is searching for the data. It also locks up the computer. I have left the computer running for a while to see if it will get the data but had no luck.

(2) I have found this only affects one lottery in my system all others function normally, including all filters.
