Lottery reports the winning numbers in sequential order

How does this affect strategy selection, when the lottery reports the numbers in sequential order (smallest to larges), and does not report them as they actually popped up?

It seems like it would negate the analysis of columns based on sums.

All Expert Lotto lotteries have their past winning numbers sorted in ascending order as lottery players usually don't care about the order of winning numbers. (Also not all lottery commissions publish past winning numbers unsorted).
However you can use the New Lottery wizard to setup a new lottery and have its winning numbers unsorted.
