Expert Lotto Updates

Hi Stan
On the 28/1/15 I paid for & received a Licence key for one year of Expert Lotto updates ( i.e. for year 2015.) I installed the key & it worked fine. However, a few days ago I had to completely restore my computer using an earlier backup file. Understandably, Expert Lotto came up & said I was using "Expired updates" But when I tried to install my current "Expert Lotto Updates" key, it will not accept it saying the key is invalid. Just wondering how I get around this problem? Do I need another key?

hi,

you'll need to enter your original key (when you first purchased), after that then enter your renewal key.

I tried that, but still no go. My Expert Lotto is in fact already showing as being registered ok. Just wondering if it's the server at the other end thinking that this Expert Lotto update number has been used before, & therefore won't let me use it?

Which version of Expert Lotto are you running now?
What does the main window title bar say?

I'm running version 5.7. The top bar says "Expert lotto 5. [Expired updates]"

Still trying to get Expert Lotto Updates for 2015/2016 to work. Now when I put in the key it says key for renewal updates was accepted,& says I must renew my application updates again? Trying it again does not succeed either? (see attachment)

It was actually the same key that share-it generated for you:) I think you mixed it up with the renewal key from last year...

That's interesting.

I got share it to resend the 2015-2016 key to me in case the 1st key they sent was corrupt in some way. That key kept telling me that the key I entered was invalid.
However, the problem is now solved thanks to your help, & my Expert Lotto is working perfect.
