Perhaps ExpertLotto must know on which days the draws are taking place?

Most likely because winning numbers database for your lottery is empty. You need to use menu Winning Numbers - Add or Winning Numbers - Import to populate it with some past draws first.

all the draws are in there even the file still can not figure this out tried your suggestion still not working...winning cvs file is up to date stan

When you open menu Winning Numbers - Edit, do you see any past draws in that window?

You can use menu File - Open Lottery to open a specific lottery stored on your disk. To remove a lottery simply delete the whole folder it is stored in.
