Odd/Even filter and statistic idea

Odd/Even filter and statistic idea

Postby Trust » Sun Sep 11, 2005 10:00 pm

Hi Stan!
Suppose that we define odd/even in another way:split each number
in first and last digit and make a O/E statistic table for this.
In a 6-pick lottery that would make 12 O/E patterns for each
draw. That would mean 4096 patterns in a string?
I am not shure how many tickets this produces-but we could eliminate
a lot of this patterns (or most of the historic patterns ?)
Could the Odd/Even by positions filter be enhanced to handle this?

What do you think?

maybe i don't understand your proposal but there's already first/last digit position filter that you can use for this.

i could add a stats table for these combinations but how readable would that be with more than 4000 rows (and even more for keno lotteries)?

Never mind- the idea was maybe not so good anyway.
As you mention O/E can be used in correlation with first/last
digit posision.
