OK I FOUND THE OPTION IN THE SUM FEATURE NOW MY QUESTION IS CAN YOU TURN OFF THE SUM FEATURE AND JUST USE THE SUM ROOT? I NOTICED AFTER YOU CHOOSE THE SUM YOU CAN ALSO SELECT THE SUM ROOT,WHEN I USE MY OTHER SOFTWARE I ONLY USE THE SUM ROOT NOT THE SUM BECAUSE IT'S EASIER TO TRACK WHEN MAKING A SELECTION.

Don't use the Sum filter which is available in Filters menu, if you want to filter the combinations sums root only. Use the Sums Statistics and filter, which have a separate Sums Root Table and Sums Root Charts, available in Statistics.

you can make use of sum root in statistics as jerzy said, but you can,t use this statistics sum root filter in compound/group filters, if you want to make use of this filter in compound/group filters, use Filter-> Sum with setting min and max sums at their extreme and use the sum root alone, it wont bother you whether sum option is on or off bcoz you have set its min and maximum levels, thanks,
