how to work WNH sums filter?

first of all column 0 different from other columns. why?
column 0 represents how many draws ago came up numbers from NOW,
but other columns represents differences from draws, where the numbers came up, NOT FROM A SPECIFIC TIME.
how to work wnh sums filter?
-in column 0: all numbers difference increase by 1, and drawned numbers difference set to 1.
-other columns: only drawned numbers difference changes:
column[-n]=column[-(n-1)].
but EL counts all of columns as column 0, or not?

yes, that's how it works

but EL counts all of columns as column 0, or not?

also pls note that wn history filters and strategies deal mostly with *sums* of number differences in each column...
