tmp file in EL Files

I find a huge package: tmp (6.5GB) in my ExpertLotto File. And there are all old running files in it.
I'm not sure what's its use. Can I delete it from my EL file for saving my pc's memory? Thanks.

if no expert lotto instance is running and you still see huge file(s) in tmp folder, you can safely delete them.
such files are leftovers when some bug happens in expert lotto. the new version will have better file management
