Package numbers

Is there anywhere you can get a list of all the numbers in the package & how many times each of them appears in the package? This would be a great asset to have, so you can look at the package & see what sort of a balance you have with regard to numbers. E.g. you may have the number 40 appearing say one hundred times , the number 39 appearing say fity times, & the number 38 appearing say twenty five times etc. On analysis of these numbers you may decide you would like the number 39 to appear one hundred times & the number 40 to appear fifty times. You could therefore use the swap function to swap the numbers over. You may then decide that you don't want the number 38 to appear quite so often as you would like another number to appear, so you could swap that over too etc.. However, you would obviously only be able to do this if you had access to a total list of numbers in the package, & the amount of times each one appears. The above applies more so if you were say using wheels to wheel numbers into the package, where there can very often be an uneven distribution of numbers. Also, maybe an option could be added to the generator so that before generating a set of numbers (eg random numbers) , you could select the amount of times you would like each number to appear in the generated set, or propotion thereof . There are also many people who much prefer to generate only "balanced" sets of numbers , where each number appears in the generated set an equal amount of times. eg 40 appears ten times, 39 appears ten times, 38 appears ten times etc. Hope you understand this ok.
