Place limits filter

While checking your improving ExpertLotto program i came up with another feaure that would improve package results.

Would it be possible to build a place limits filter ?
That way we can reduce the generated tickets number according to user defined limits.

For examle: 1-2 numbers for 1-10 range,
1-3 numbers for 11-20 range..... and so on.

check the 'ticket numbers range' filter, i think it does what you're asking for.

It's close, but i don't see how to make that with the 'ticket numbers range'.

The 'ticket numbers range' is a good filter, but not for choosing certain decades numbers ranges.

I could have tickets like: 1-3-6-20-28-34 , 2-3-9-21-22-32 for examle,
and it will be ok, because i wanted tickets with:
1 to 3 numbers in the 1 to 10 range,
0 to 2 numbers in the 11 to 20 range,
1 to 2 numbers in the 21 to 30 range
and 1 to 2 numbers in the 30 + range.

This is a great way to filter and you wouldn't believe how many people use that.
