Save Filters

Stan,

At present we can only save compound or group filters, would it be possible to save any filter.

Stan,

The use of some filters vary from week to week but are re-usable when the particular filter is overdue, I mainly refer to the Position Filters. It's no problem, justv trying to save time

well, if you don't mind saving such filters as the one and only part of a compound filter i can remove the condition of at least two parts in a compound filter, that's easy enough

Stan,

I am not sure what you are saying but if you mean that a compound filter could be used as a single filter or compound filter then yes that is perfect, I wouldn't want other members losing a feature for something I have asked for.

Often I will play a filter that is overdue until it has hit and later with different settings, maybe some weeks later it is due again and it is quicker to re-use the settings you have already used instead of having to enter them again. I also construct compound filters that include the same filters but with different settings, dependent on recent history.

Hope you understand where I am coming from ;-)

Red Devil,

I understand perfectly what you are saying, since I also found myself in the same position occasionally.

I tried too to save one filter as compound but saw that this was impossible - which made sense, since 'compound' means to combine.

I think that Stan's solution would solve this issue and I am looking forward to see it implemented.

available now in build 971, pls note that this works in jackpot builds only, in a regular filter there must still be at least two filters to save a compound filter

Great,

Thanks a lot Stan.

Is this already available for download? The Beta page lists 968 as the latest version.

Stan,

I tried to save a single filter, for Segments and I noticed that the saved filter returns different results than the regular one (less tickets left in the package).

I am wondering if I'm doing something wrong...
I attached a screenshot for the conditions.
