the 'new lottery wizard' always defaults the starting number to one.

if you wish to use a different starting number you have to modify your lottery settings manually. first browse to expert lotto's install folder (usually c:program filesexpertlotto) and find 'data' subfolder. you should see there a xyz folder where 'xyz' is your lottery name. go to that folder and open file 'xyz.properties' in e.g. windows notepad and search for 'lotto.number.min' and change the value to '0'. if your lottery draws bonus number(s) as well then also search for 'lotto.bonus.min'

you'll need to restart expert lotto if it was running
