Hi Stan. Could you please tell me how to alter the date sequence in the winning numbers charts. (visual & winning numbers) e.g. mine has suddenly reverted back to month/day/year. Whereas I would like to change it back to day/month /year. :wand: Thanks

you need to open your lottery properties file (e.g. "c:program filesexpertlottodataloteryXYZlotteryXYZ.properties"), find row begining with "wn.pattern.date.short=" and/or "wn.pattern.date.long=" and change the order of date fields.

you should be able to open that file in e.g. windows notepad. it's just a plain text file.
make sure you close expert lotto before editing that file (just in case)

Hi Stan tried that & now have the dates in the correct order -i.e. dd/mm/yy . Only thing is now that all the months ( both winning numbers & winning number history) show up as '0" e.g instead of 08/03/06 they all show 08/00/06. I tried using the wizard to reinstall all the results, but the same thing happened..............it left the months as two 'O's" :wand:

Just wondering if it is possible to add something in the preferences so the dd/mm/yy can be altered according to the user preference ? :-D

it would be possible to add these settings to the lottery wizard however the date pattern is not very user-friendly (more like a programmer/developer thing:) so i'd rather avoid that and handle all change requests individually.
