Hi Stan & everyone else,
You have 4 groups of numbers thus:-
3, 7, 17, 20, 28, 33, 37 (group 1)
1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 (group 2)
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19 (group 3)
21, 22, 23, 24, 25,26,27, 29,30 (group 4)
From the above I would like to generate the minimum amount of tickets possible with each ticket to have any two numbers from group 1, any 1 number from group 2, any one number from group 3, any two numbers from group 4. (in this case I will be using it for pick 6, thus 6 numbers in each ticket). I would like to know the most efficient way to do this, & if it is possible to do so with the present Expert Lotto set up. Please note that not all the numbers are consecutive (e.g. in group 2 three & seven are purposely missing). I looked at using the group filter, but this seems to only cater for consecutive numbers within groups??
I look forward to your reply. Many thanks for your help. Niceguy
