Sessions over 6

Sessions over 6

Postby Bobijohn » Tue Mar 20, 2007 5:10 pm

Hi Stan

Build 928 increased the number of allowable sessions per day from 6 to 9. The problem is that the charts in WN History can no longer scroll all the way to the right. Can the charts be made to automatically right justify and have the option to scroll to the left as an option? Alternatively, show just a number for the session and not the day of the week etc, to gain charting space. With any number over 6 their use is very limited.

Regards

bj

Chart Probs

Postby Bobijohn » Wed Mar 21, 2007 5:32 pm

Hi Stan

Several pictures plus backup pack file have been e-mailed. I think you will find them self explanatory. If need be use the backup file and click thru each of the charts. I belive you will be able to duplicate the problem.

Please advise if you need more information.

i've found out what the problem is - basically you need bigger screen resolution. the panel for winning numbers selection is too wide so there's not enough space for the chart area.

the only solution i have is to shorten the draw labels - use menu 'lottery - manager - edit settings - edit labels and color settings - winning numbers.

Wonderful. Problem fixed. What a difference. Thank you.

Can the slider be set to right justify instead of having to slide it all the way over each time you go ta a chart?

Thanks again.

i think you have to move the slider only once. then it remembers its position when you update the chart

Maybe. Only if you open the next chart before you close the current chart. If you don't then this is eleven things you need not have to do.

There seems to be some tricky behavior here because it seems that when you go back and forward thru the charts on occasion you have to reset the range lines. Can't describe it right now. Of course, if you reset the max/min in the filter table then go back to the charts then we are back to the same situation again as described in para 1 above.

Anyway, IMHO, the operation would just be smoother if the slider always right justified automatically.
